Time: The seminar will be divided into two, the first is for white belts and the second is for blue belts and above.
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for white belts
2 a.m. to 5 p.m. for blue belts and above

Patriot Self-Defense was established in 1987 as a means for my friends and I to train in all aspects of martial arts. Using my small garage and old carpets for mats, we would practice our collective arts in one comprehensive system in hopes of bettering ourselves for military service after high school, hence the team name "Patriot Self-Defense."
Now 20 years later, and 33 years after my first Judo lesson, I have opened a full-time Mixed Martial Arts school in Eureka, Missouri.
I realize that not everyone is a natural athlete so every consideration will be made to tailor your training to your body type, fitness level, and age. There are no belt tests, just efficient practical training for real self-defense situations.
Patriot Self-Defense offers age appropriate training for everyone, starting at age five.
